Intratec's industrial enclosures are suitable for a wide range of applications. They can be used for power distribution, protect devices or circuit boards from dust and moisture or even provide a secure hold and protection for buttons or switches and membrane keyboards. The housings have protection class IP 65 and thus even meet the requirements for outdoor use. All plastics used are UV-resistant and thus ensure a long service life even outdoors.
The smooth housing sides of the base part allow any number of holes in different sizes to be drilled for the insertion of cable glands. The meterial thickness of the plastic is approx. 3mm, which is sufficient for even the most robust applications.
The cover is fastened with a total of 4 screws (included in delivery). The screws are made of stainless metal and thus allow outdoor use over a longer period of time without any problems. They are cross-head screws which can be fixed or removed with a standard screwdriver.
