Intratec's crimp cable lugs are manufactured in accordance with the valid standard DIN 46234 and VG 88710. The material - an electrolytically pure copper, has a very high purity. Here the simple rule applies: the purer the copper, the better the conductivity and the lower the power loss, e.g. through heat generation.
The cables are inserted into the cable lug and pressed using the appropriate tool. During processing, care should be taken to ensure correct crimping so that the cable lug is securely connected to the cable.
All cable lugs offered here are galvanically tinned and thus resistant to rust development.
The cable lugs are available in any size, in a large packaging or in a small packaging. The large packaging (e.g. 1000 pieces) is delivered in a cardboard box, the small packaging (e.g. 100 pieces) is delivered in a sealed bag.
