WAGO was founded in 1951 as a family business in Minden and has been a specialist in the field of electrical connection technology ever since. The well-known "WAGO terminal" is a worldwide term. The universal terminals are smaller, handier and more conventional than other terminal blocks.
The plug-in terminals are especially used in building technology for the connection of blind motors, lights, as well as the wiring of door and gate controls and intercom systems. The WAGO terminal is ideally suited for industrial wiring of pumps and motors. The WAGO contact terminal helps wherever the lever terminals need to be connected to the installation boxes without tools, faster, more space-saving and safer.
In addition, the installer can conveniently and safely test the terminal via two test openings, even when installed, using all common test probes.
The junction box terminal guarantees a permanent and stable connection of solid, stranded and fine-stranded conductors. The tin-plated busbars ensure a permanently gas-tight and safe contact between the conductors. The operating levers can now be opened and closed with considerably less effort.
Thanks to the high reliable rated current of 24 A and a rated voltage of 450 V, the 2273 series is suitable for a wide range of applications.
In addition, the transparent housing now makes it possible to clearly identify stripped conductors that do not have the correct length and conductors that are not inserted far enough.
The Wago connection terminals have the following approvals: ENEC, UL, PSE/JET and GOST-R.
